Out-of-autoclave (OOA) prepregs are specially developed to deliver a high standard of surface finish and low void content when cured in an oven under vacuum pressure only so make prepreg technology accessible to most manufacturers, without the significant investment and running costs of an autoclave. For carbon fibre component manufacture, our XC110 system is designed to produce cosmetic quality carbon fibre components that retain excellent cured mechanical properties under a vacuum bag/oven only cure.

Customers with an autoclave or using other positive pressure processes, such as compression moulding or pressurised bladders can use our XC130 component system and benefit from outstanding mechanical properties and a higher service temperature.
